Mindful Movement
We will tune in and connect with our authentic selves. This is a full embodied practice and moving meditation. In this space you will be guided with prompts and music to inspire personal movements. Be ready to “Get Free!”

De Mix Up
In this fusion you’ll enjoy a blend of different dance forms drawing heavily from the African diaspora. We will find release and liberation in this active, heart-pumping practice.

Afro-Brazilian
Come ready for a soulful and energizing experience. With the drum as our anchor, we will learn foundational steps of Afro-Brazilian movement. Allow your hips and spirit to be ignited by this dynamic and beautiful form.
